What products and services are available on the site?

Most products available at Aesop Greenbelt are available for purchase online. All online orders will be delivered directly to you.

Are your products guaranteed authentic?

Customers can be assured of authentic Aesop formulations and packaging for their orders. There are imitation Aesop products in the market whose packaging closely resembles ours. Please be advised that authentic Aesop products are available in the Philippines only at Aesop signature stores and online, via our official partner in the Philippines—Welcome Worldwide Inc.

Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

Creating an account to purchase is not necessary; you can purchase as a guest. An email address and contact number are required upon checkout to allow for updates on your order status.

How do I order?

Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page of your choice. Once all items are added to cart, follow the instructions on the screen to complete your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are generally shipped within three to five business days of being placed.

Who may I speak with if I have a question about a product?

How do I cancel my order?

Please reach us through our customer service portal if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Kindly note that while we will do our best to accommodate cancellations, we are unable to accept changes to orders that have already been processed.

How can I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Paymaya, and GCash. You will be charged in Philippine pesos; all items are VAT-inclusive.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is now available. For orders placed outside Metro Manila, COD is available only for orders below Php 15,000.

My credit/debit card payment has been declined.

Please try the following:

  • Check the card details (expiry date, billing address, etc.) on your account to ensure information is accurate.
  • Ensure you have entered the security code correctly—this is the three-digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined the payment. In this instance, please contact your card issuer directly for assistance.

If payment issues still persist, contact us via our customer service portalPlease ensure you detail the problem, including any error messages, and we will endeavor to resolve it swiftly.

How does your delivery service work?

We deliver orders to the address provided upon checkout—kindly ensure this is filled in correctly and completely. Due to the high volume of orders received, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time; although delivery generally takes four to five business days from the date of purchase. We thank you for your understanding while we work to resolve any delays.

For a seamless delivery, we may provide your contact details to our courier partners if applicable. These details enable them to provide delivery updates via SMS (text message) and/or e-mail.

We endeavour to deliver within the Philippines. However, there may be cases where delivery to certain provinces is not possible. In this instance, you may choose either to proceed with the order by providing an alternative delivery address, or to cancel the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the Philippines.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us on our customer service portal if you wish to update your delivery address. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate changes, we are unable to accept changes to orders that have already been processed.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

If no one is present to receive your order, the courier will attempt to redeliver. If you are unavailable for two consecutive delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be made in full.

My order has not arrived yet.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, kindly contact us on our customer service portal quoting your order number.
